The chair's meow

Well, I thought it was time I got a new chair....the one I have is dingy, and the fabric is kinda worn in places. The arm rests aren't comfortable cause of the lacking of padding....but sadly, I cannot afford a new one at the moment.

So I decided to have my way with the chair.

This is the before shot.

...and this....this is my first attempt at re-upholstry!

I had a few fluffs on the seat, but overall, it looks renewed. The only telltale sign that it was an older chair to begin with is the brown frame. The fabric was in my leftovers. The hardest part was taking the old seat off to re-cover it, and putting the arm rests back on.

We had a lazy boy chair that I wanted to recover. My Mom said that I couldn't do it. Well, I did and it just proves that you can do anything you want.

Great job on the chair!!!!
